Your Initial Consultation

Your Initial Consultation

We are still here for you! Given the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we feel it is appropriate to not only protect our firm family but also our clients by reducing the foot traffic through our facilities. In trying to adhere to federal government social distancing guidelines and Governor Ron Desantis Stay at Home Order and for those who don’t feel comfortable meeting with our attorneys in the office, we are providing alternative options, such as phone and video consultations, so that we may continue to provide for all of your planning and probate needs. Give us a call. We’d love to help.

One of the most valuable services the , offers is an initial consultation. For a $200 fee, you can discuss your immigration case with a Board-Certified immigration attorney.

Giving You an Honest Appraisal of Your Case

During the consultation, Mr. Solomiany will attempt not only to answer the questions you may have, but also to give you answers to questions that may arise for you in the future. It is also a time for you to meet Mr. Solomiany’s support staff, who will assist you throughout your case.

What to Expect During Your Initial Consultation

  • A full discussion with Mr. Solomiany of your immigration history.
  • A thorough review of documentation and case history, as well as education of the client on immigration law as it applies to his or her case, whether the client matter concerns citizenship, deportation or any other matter.
  • Explanation of the immigration process and possible outcomes.
  • Answers to all your questions.

At the end of the consultation, you will have a clear understanding of the steps that will be taken to ensure a successful resolution of your case.

Mr. Solomiany’s personal philosophy as a lawyer is not to build up false hopes, but to communicate with you honestly and to help create a strategy to obtain the positive outcome you seek.

Attorney Fees

For most legal services, Mr. Solomiany offers a flat fee. No two cases are alike and, accordingly, no two fees will be the same.

Since the amount of time he will need to spend on your case can never be predicted with precision, he will do his best, after an initial consultation with you, to approximate how long the case could take and base his fees accordingly. Mr. Solomiany will also advise you of any costs that will be involved, such as USCIS filing fees, courier costs and translations.

Of course, there may be variables that cannot be anticipated in any legal case, but Mr. Solomiany will give an honest effort to try to help you determine and anticipate all the costs involved.
